I have other questions, who shall I turn to?

Before you send a letter to us, please read the following carefully! The CoolCamels staff receive plenty of letters every day, so we can't promise to answer each one. We won't be able to answer the letters not keeping to the following rules:

1. Before you send us your problem, read the "help" section of CoolCamels carefully What's CoolCamels? section! Here you can find the answers to your questions in most cases. If you asked a question to which the answeer can be found in the "help" section, don't expect an answer.
   
   
2. If there's a problem with your camel, always tell us your name and inventory number, so that we know which camel the problem is with!
   
   
3. When replying to our letter, make sure you never delete our letter from under your reply so that we would know what it's about! Don't forget: we receive a lot of letters every day - we cannot keep in mind who we write letters to and what about. When you write to us, don't refer to your previous letters (e.g. "as I wrote before" or "the camel I mentioned yesterday"), because we don't remember these either. If you want to refer to your previous letter, than the best thing to do is copy the relevant part from your letter.
   
   
4. If you find a problem on the web site and wanna inform us about it, please try to explain the problem as exactly as possible If you only write that "I cannot enter to my camel, what shall I do?" well, we cannot do anything. Write down what exactly is happening and what and how you are doing and why you don't manage. Write to us as well what operation system and browser you use!
