Is there a Date code?

No, there isn't. That's why if somebody offers you the date code for your dates you had better laugh at him because it's faul play. Don't fall for the trick even if somebody claims that he already managed.

How can I buy a camel?

A good many owners offer their clever and old camels for sale - then when the buyer sends the purchase price, the seller vanishes into thin air and the buyer will never get the camel. But it can also happen that if you wanna sell your camel you send the camel's call sign but the buyer never pays for it. Be careful not to end up like this!! CoolCamels doesn't back up the sale and purchase of camels on any condition and we advise you not to take part in such deals because if any complications should arise during the "deal", we won't be able to bail you out.

Free Date, Free Tricks!

It can be sometimes read on the MessageBoard that if you go to other websites and log into your camel from those sites then you can get 4-6-12 or even more dates or your camel can learn faster - and a good many tricks. These ads are all scams! If you give your camel's name and call sign on another website, nothing special will happen, you won't even get to your camel. Meanwhile, the website's makers can access your camel's name and call sign, so they can get to the camel any time and steal the dates, at worst the data are changed and next time you won't be able to visit your camel! Very important rule: never give out your camel's call sign on other websites because your camel's dates or the camel itself can end up being stolen. In such cases CoolCamels cannot help you, we cannot give you back either the dates or the camel, therefore keep your eyes wide open!

My camel won't appear!

CoolCamels works best with Mozilla Firefox, but Explorer 6 and Opera 7 should be OK as well. It's important to enable Javascript in your browser. (Internet Explorer: Tools | Internet options | Security)

If you have Windows XP SP2 installed and can't see your came, try this: Tools | Programs | Manage Add-ons| Shockwave Flash object | Update ActiveX button. Important: You can't play other camel's SuperTricks all the way to the end, even if you're a SuperCamel!

I learnt a trick but it doesn't appear on the list!

Some tricks can only be learnt by SuperCamels, and if you change back into a normal camel, you won't be able to play with these.

I set up a caravan How do I get members?

When setting up a caravan, you get a letter telling you all of this; read it carefully! If you're a caravan leader, your caravan menu changes - see for yourself! If you're a member scan the Inventory and look for the caravan butoon, press it to send an invitation!

I wanna change my caravan's data!

Click on the Caravan button on the top menu, then select "Caravan addmin: data".

Give me free dates!

You get one free date when you pass the final exam, you need to get your own dates later on. You can get dates in many ways, the cheapest one costs roughly the price of a bottle of coke! Its worth that much for sure?

If you need dates to run your caravan, you need to keep enough in stock. Most of the other leaders have some excellent ideas, check them out and maybe you'll learn something!
