Membership

When you get a camel on CoolCamels.com, you become a member of CoolCamels. The criteria of membership, the General Terms of Service and the Privacy Statement is understood and accepted. By using the website you agree to know and agree to these rules. If you don't agree with them, we ask you please not to use our website!

Important: Only those can use CoolCamels.com who understand and accept the rules herein. Whoever breaks these rules might have there access restricted to all or some of the website by Napfolt Ltd.

Ownership and Use

Furthermore, it is illegal to use anything based on the content of the website to make items such as fonts, buttons, links, wallpaper, screensavers, greeting cards and/or to sell these without permission.

• Has a commercial use, advertises, or makes people use or want to use any type of service or product;
• Endangers CoolCamels in any way
• endangers the proprieters of the website in any way

If you're not happy with things being said on any channel of communication, we advise you not to use it. If you think someone is violating our terms of service, write us at the address given at the Impressum.

Material sent obligatory

If you send material by yourself (eg. Ideas, drawings, etc. - see our Privacy Policy) it will be the sole property of Napfolt Ltd. from thereon, and can be deleted or kept according to the Napfolt's wish.

Any material sent to Napfolt cannot be sent back and will not be kept.

You accept that except for your personal data, you have no right to anything sent to Napfolt, and cannot later demand reparations later on.

All material on the website is property of Napfolt, especially the copyright, right to use the databases, trademarkes owned by Napfolt, know-how, private information found herein.

All trademarks found on the page are property of Napfot. Reproduction is prohibited!

Commercials

Napfolt is not responsible for the content of any advertisement found on its website; just because another company's advertisement appears doesnt't mean Napfolt agrees with it, including any websites linked.

Modify

We can change or modify any part of the website without prior warning. We may also change the Terms of Use at any time, and you ar eliable to follow these changes by visiting that part of the site periodically.
